Covered,
not complicated.

Every machine carries a 1-year parts and labor warranty, and you have 15 days to send back an unused unit if it is not the right fit. Here is exactly how both work.

  • 15-day returns Unused, original packaging

Unused equipment in its original crate or packaging can go back for a refund. Get a Return Authorization number first, because unannounced freight is refused at the warehouse.

  • 1-year warranty Parts and labor, from delivery

Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on every new machine, from the delivery date. Engines and components from OEM suppliers carry their own manufacturer warranty on top of ours.

How to file a warranty claim.

Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph the crate and the machine from all sides, and email contact@xautotools.com within 24 hours with your order number. We file with the carrier, and we pay for the replacement parts or the full replacement unit and its freight. If you sign clean and report damage later, the carrier will usually deny the claim, so take the two minutes at the curb.
